Sports/ Neuromuscular & Myofascial Massage
 30 min - $40                    60 min - $80   90 min - $120

 Cupping Therapy
Added to a massage session

By lifting the tissue, instead of the common practice of compressing during a massage, the fascia can unwind and in areas of restriction allow for new blood cells and lymph to come in and clear the waste from areas of decreased circulation.

Therefore, you may notice some areas that have been treated are more red or purple-ish than other areas and this is due to the stagnation of that area. With repeated session this response to the cupping lessens and the markings tend to not even appear when the area has been unwound and released.

 MPS Therapy
Added to a massage session

MPS (Micro-current Point Stimulation) Therapy is a hybrid modality combining the principles of acupuncture and modern neurology to provide neuro-myofascial pain relief. Designed to treat chronic and acute soft tissue pain and scars and adhesions by applying concentrated microcurrent impulses to trigger, motor, and acupuncture points, providing quick and effective pain relief for a long list of medical conditions.

Aromatherapy

Stimulate your senses to boost your body and motivate the mind. Using essential oils from plants, flowers, seeds and leaves, aromatherapy massage benefits from two absorption points – the skin and the nose, which means it has double the effect!
